1. Shipping Carrier

All our shipments, especially for orders outside the UK, are handled by DHL via Priority Mail.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Europe: Most deliveries to Europe will take approximately 5 to 7 working days after the shipment confirmation.

  • Rest of the World: Deliveries to locations outside of Europe will typically take 5 to 10 working days post shipment confirmation.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be factors beyond our control that could cause delays.

3. Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your order might be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
